LeishTon BoardGovTM’s primary aim is to provide its clients with a highly accurate and robust corporate governance and boardroom processes database that:
Can be relied upon and used by academic and non-academic researchers to generate governance and boardroom processes data (GovData) for conducting research requiring corporate governance variables;
Enables lecturers and students to access high quality corporate governance and boardroom processes data that are used widely in educational (academic) and non-educational institutions; Enables individuals in the private sector to engage in effective relationship capital management; and
