Board–Management Delegation Policies

These are policies that describe the manner in which the board connects governance and executive management. It is often referred to as board-management relationship. Policies in this category deals with the methods and practices (means) of the board that describe both the nature of delegation and the manner in which proper use of delegated authority is ascertained (monitoring).
